We want to give you a chance to bring your kids with you when you workout. We have professional child care staff that will watch your kids away from the workout space in a safe area. Child care is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30 and 5:30.
Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:15 am! 45 minutes from start to finish, minimal equipment, bootcamp-style fitness. Very beginner friendly and anyone can join in, we modify the workout to YOUR capabilities. No barbells. No running. Just move, sweat, and feel good.
There are so many athletes who love getting a great “pump” or bodybuilding workout in addition to or even instead of a “CrossFit” style workout. This is one of our many alternative tracks that is offered as an option during class or outside of class. The weekly split typically includes the following for 6 days of training: Upper Body Push, Upper Body Pull, Lower Body Push/Pull, Monostructural Workout, Shoulder/Glutes, Arms & Core.
A track that focuses on making improvements in the Olympic and Power Lifts, as well as cycling heavy weights in a variety of ways. This is perfect for any athlete wanting to improve their technique and strength in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Press, Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, and/or Overhead Squat.
Do you want to build a bigger “engine” or is breathing during workouts a struggle? This is a good track for you, and it’s offered as an option during class or outside of class. This program includes a combination of Run, Row, Bike, and Ski workouts at various distances, intensities, and recoveries each week so that you’re better prepared for the unknown and unknowable.
This program track is for anyone wanting to sharpen themselves as an athlete and better prepare themselves for the Open/Quarterfinals/Semifinals. This is the most complete program you can get as a serious fitness competitor. This track offers volume in all aspects of strength, conditioning, and gymnastics at an intensity to take you to your peak levels of fitness.
