CrossFit is our core functional strength and conditioning program which we scale to every fitness ability.
Classes run approximately 1 hour. A certified coach will walk you through a warm-up, skill/strength session, and finally a WOD (Workout Of the Day).
Every daily workout is designed with everyone in mind. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our program is designed to develop both physiological as well as neuromuscular abilities, which means it can improve anything from playing with your kids to performing sports at an elite level.
